Ashish Kumar ( Co-Founder & Managing Director )

Ashish is a director and producer who has been part of numerous films as an Associate Director and has directed documentaries along with advertising films. His work reflects a strong understanding of visual storytelling and cinematic craft.

Over the years, he has collaborated with various creative teams in the film industry, gaining extensive experience in direction, production, and narrative development. His journey across fiction, documentary, and advertising has shaped a versatile perspective on filmmaking.

Ashish has also served as a jury member at several international film festivals, including the Kindouel International Film Festival in Russia, the QIFF International Film Festival in India, and the WorldFest-Houston International Film Festival, contributing his experience and insight in evaluating emerging cinematic voices and storytelling.

Shanaya Singh ( Co-Founder & Director )

Shanaya Singh is an actor, model, producer, and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the entertainment industry. Actively working across television, web series, films, and advertising, she brings deep practical understanding of both the creative and business sides of the industry.

She has worked in the television and digital space, appearing in multiple web series, TV commercials, digital campaigns, and independent projects. As a producer, she has been involved in the production of numerous short films and has contributed to several film projects.

Beyond entertainment, Shanaya has long-standing experience in running businesses and has been associated with multiple companies to ensure smooth operations, strategic growth, and professional management. Her entrepreneurial expertise strengthens the institution with structure, discipline, and sustainability.

As the Institute Head of Actors Assembly, she leads with a balanced vision of creativity and operational excellence ensuring that talent is nurtured in a professional and industry-ready environment.
